So I have been reading a lot about whey protein lately. It’s a staple in my diet and I’m sure for most of you, so why not know the most you can about what you’re consuming? I found some shocking information about the popular brands that are putting out a product that is sub par for the consumer. It’s a disgrace how some of the big companies are getting away with giving you very little protein, and filling it with different chemicals, carbs, fats, etc. which is NOT the reason why you decided to purchase whey protein int he first place. If you take the time to watch this entire video, I hope that you find it helpful 🙂

73Mako says:

Do you recommend using Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate? It appears to be the first ingredient in the Now Sports Whey Protein Isolate Brand Supplement and it comes out about 89-90% of protein per scoop.

at the beginning of this video i said here's a girl that's going to tell it like it is… the video quickly wen't down hill. you're giving credit to companies that don't need it and trashing the others without fully understanding their product. , then you're video cuts out half of what your saying (bad editing) and then comes back and your boobs are the center point of the shot… really now? every single protein you show is full of junk, fillers, artificial sweeteners, etc. this may be OK for some. but if you want a clean protein, look for an all natural/organic cold filtered, grass fed non- GMO isolate or hydrolyzed unflavored whey that uses sunflower lecithin (not soy) , and if you want it flavored put some natural organic cocoa powder in it, and if it needed to be sweeter then add stevia. there are companies that are out there that sell this, it's simple pure protein powder with no BS. If you want your aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame proteins because joe blow at GNC or your "buddy" says it's the best then go ahead… save more of the CLEAN protein for me 🙂 you barely brushed the surface of whey. we haven't even touched casein, or plant proteins yet 🙂 by time you read this i will have made all kinds of gains… all kinds. (hodgetwins FTW, and yeah their protein is junk too, but better than most!)

Allen Aguas says:

Man isoflex is so underrated. It taste good and it has a high level amount of protein. Doesn't get me bloated or cause gas for me lol

strictlyfmg says:

what if the protein has all the ingredients: whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein, and whey protein concentrate? but the overall protein percentage is 78%? is that still ok or is it bad bc of the concentrate?
