I revisited the Tabata system! Great stuff! I added a 3rd round for my four (4) exercise routines.

Just did this for the first time in forever (cue Frozen sing-a-long) and I feel great! I need to start regularly doing this again.
Very poor form. The pushup (part) was terrible. Maybe get the guy to do the workout.

I've done this quite a few times. Deceptively simple, but not that easy. I do this on my non-running days and it is great.

In the first exercise, do pushups. Push-ups affect women's breasts, ie the breasts can get smaller with that type of exercise.
So, only that first exercise from the 4 I can not accept and I would not recommend women who have small breasts anyway, only for women with big breasts.
I'm already dying in the first ten seconds of the workout -.-
or you can just get your ass to a gym, follow a routine for an hour and a half, and get jacked quick with proper nutrition
