  1. I revisited the Tabata system! Great stuff! I added a 3rd round for my four (4) exercise routines.

  3. Just did this for the first time in forever (cue Frozen sing-a-long) and I feel great! I need to start regularly doing this again.

  4. Very poor form. The pushup (part)  was terrible. Maybe get the guy to do the workout.

  5. I've done this quite a few times. Deceptively simple, but not that easy. I do this on my non-running days and it is great.

  6. gonna start doing this daily, it's so good and since it's so short you can definitely put aside some time for it every day :D

  7. Sarah was super hot. And yep I saw the bouncing in the mirror. Yet the workout was still awesome

  8. In the first exercise, do pushups. Push-ups affect women's breasts, ie the breasts can get smaller with that type of exercise.
    So, only that first exercise from the 4 I can not accept and I would  not recommend women who have small breasts anyway, only for women with big breasts.

  9. or you can just get your ass to a gym, follow a routine for an hour and a half, and get jacked quick with proper nutrition
