  5. Hi guys. When I do these lower body workouts with weight, I do feel it in my glutes, but I also feel a pain in my lower back, so much so that it prevents me from completing the workout.

    I think my form is correct, bc I try to follow your instructions, have asked a couple ppl and they tell me that I look ok, and I do feel a burn in my glutes, and I'm not using too much weight bc I'm able to complete like half the workout.

    Also, when I do squats and deadlifts, then move on to something like hip raises or pilates leg lifts, I still feel that pain in my lower back and it becomes much harder for me to do those types of exercises.

    Please let me know if there is something I'm doing wrong or if there's something else I can do!

  7. How many rest days in between? I've been doing 1 day, is that too little for muscle formation?

  8. Just came back to say RIP lower back. I did this yesterday n today my lower back is feeling the wrath of FB.

  9. Only did 3 groups. Either the HIIT i did before this killed me or my form was impeccable during this workout lol.
