  11. I only just started going to the gym 2 weeks ago, I have only been going 1-2 days a week because I am unsure of what I am meant to be doing and what routine I should follow. I will try your weekly routine and see where that gets me. Thanks a lot, you actually gave proper info, unlike a lot of these other workout channels who are just trying to sell you a product and don't tell you anything helpful unless you pay for their shit.

  12. im a little skeptical about it since theres no rest in days between and i realized the legs workout was set at wednesday to actually put rest on upperbody followed by another 2 days of upper body workout and 2 days rest. iim on my day 50 and its definitely putting me in shape i wanna see it through and work this year see if i get result

  13. what does 3-4x week mean? Does it mean you have to do it 3-4 times a week, because that seems like a lot
