  2. Box jumps do increase your vert but it will take longer as you are only strengthening the muscle and not the fast twitch muscle fibres which u need to jump high so don't say they don't increase very when they clearly do

Muscle Mind i know what your trying to say but i think box jumps are actually more effective than you think, those guys you made fun of in the video, the small blonde dude can dunk and u can even watch his videos. He can dunk from all sorts of training and he says that box jumps are very essential
