Growing up, Matthew never really paid attention to his weight. He didn’t bother to watch what he ate, he never exercised and even referred to himself as a “typical, fat, gaming loser.”
He felt that getting in shape was just a pipe dream, and even if he wanted to, he wouldn’t know where to start. The summer of his first year in University, he decided to bite the bullet and take the first step in his fitness
Matthew knew that the only way he would be able to get in shape properly was to sign up for personal training, which was when he met Chase. Since training with Chase, Matthew’s life has flipped around completely. Within just 2 weeks, he immediately noticed a difference in how he felt. The results were noticeable too. He started off at 342 lbs., and 5 months into training he dropped 86 lbs.
He’s been introduced to a whole new way of life, a continuous workout regimen, healthy diet and nutrition and now, he can use his gym time more effectively. And it wasn’t just the weight that came off either, he feels much happier and confident every single day. He is still going strong, training several times a week to reach his fitness goals. We’re so happy that we were able to witness Matthew become a more happy and healthy person.
