  1. It was so tire for me that typically don´t do exercises, but was cool. Currently my nail colors are white with confetti on it.

  2. I actually like the wing rolls haha. and also swimmers 🙂 I love this workout. its quick and easy and I feel my back getting stroinger which helps me do other workouts :)

  5. It's a scientific fact that short people on average will live longer. There's no harm in trying to naturally get taller but remember there are advantages and disadvantages for tall and short people. Love yourself!
