This is a great video. You explain the exercises very clearly so that they are easy to follow. I am. Not pregnant, but found the exercises nicely challenging, particularly the leg exercises. I hope your pregnancy went well. I also hope that you do more videos…you re a very helpful teacher!

Fab instruction and nicely grouped into various sections with time to adjust reformer and complete exercises
The exercise on your side pushing away made my muscles by my right knee really burn so I knew it was working as this my weak knee !! Thank you and keep posting ! I dip in and out of Pilates but really should stay in!

Great video. I've been taking reformer classes for several years and while I now have a reformer at home, I'm finding it hard to sequence exercises. Hope to see you do more reformer videos!
