  1. You should include THAT THEY GIVE YOU A STRICT MEAL PLAN TO FOLLOW, THAT ALMOST NOBODY WANTS TO FOLLOW OR TRIES TO FOLLOW.

    These plans are calorie restricting, and provide high energy but if you're the type who can't discipline your appetite these plans won't work.

Hey Jack, I'm going into college in about a month, and I am somewhat fat, but more physically able than most people my size, which allows me to do things like cardio more effectively than other people of my size. However, I have never been a lifter so I do not think I am all that strong. Eventually I want to build good muscle, but for the time being, I just want to lose the fat. Do you think home workouts like Focus T25 are the best option for me? Or would I find more luck taking advantage of the gym that is at my college and just starting small with the weights?
