  4. i recently got my P90X3 recently and noticed the DVDs take a long time to start playing and now they dont seem to load… i doubt if it may be a problem with the DVD Player….

  9. Your strongest exercisers are to the front and weakest are in the back…damn, what happened to the good ole days?? Kind of disappointed in the video.

  11. I'm 15, 97 kg or 213 pounds and 180 cm or 5' 11" tall… not athletic whatsoever, only played a bit of football/soccer when I was 7, stopped due to a serious knee injury. Now I want to get my life together and finally make some friends, I'm really anxious to go out because of my weight, and I don't like to be in public… Also I'm scared to go to the gym because I think everyone will make fun of me because of my weight… I always think noone likes me. But enough about that. I'm willing to turn my life around, but it's really damn hard… But guess what, I don't give a single crap about that, and you shouldn't either. I'm willing to change, and I will. Started today, on 29.01.2016! If everything is successful, I will post my progress pictures every month, for 3 months (90 days).

    Guys, I understand, it is insainly hard to get rid of all the fast food and sugar in your life, it is for me too. I have already gotten rid of all the sugar in my life, and haven't been eating it/or anything that contains sugar for at least 2 weeks. I've been drinking green tea for the most part (No, not some ''weight loss'' tea, just normal green tea you find in any grocery store.) I will admit, it doesn't taste the best, kind of bitter, but you will get used to it. The benifit is that it cleans out your stomach and gets rid of all the nasty shit you've been eating, but it takes a while. You might need to eat sugar occasionally, so you don't drop your sugar level to a flat 0. And don't say ''OMG but Junk food tastes amazing and I can't just get rid of it!!!'' Dude/Girl, I KNOW RIGHT, IT F'ING TASTES AMAZING, especially the fries.. god it's awesome. But… it's insainly unhealthy and bad, if you're willing to change, get that nasty shit out of your life just like I have (Haven't eaten junk food for at least a month :D) And I feel GREAT. I went from being 107 kg or 230 pounds to being 97 kg or 213 pounds JUST BY GETTING RID OF SUGAR AND JUNK FOOD! After getting rid of those 7 kg or 15 pounds I feel so much better! I can finally do push-ups from the ground like a MAN and not those girly ones! I almost cried when I was finally able to do those! I can run now, yes.. I CAN RUN (Or Jog, whaterver you prefer) FOR A WHOPPING 4 KM OR 2.48 MILES! Might not seem like a lot, but for me that's an insane amount, given that previously I've only been able to run (or jog) for like a 100 metres or 0.06 miles without needing to catch a breath… those 7 kg or 15 pounds changed a lot in me. But I ain't stopping there, I'm going further! I want to have muscle, I want to have an amazing body and my dream is to someday become a model, like… you know those amazing looking men in sports magazines? Yeah, like those. Don't laugh at my dream just because it seems weird and ''unmanly'' to you.

    Anyway, about the food that I eat… CHICKEN BREASTS, freaking tastes DELICIOUS and also HEALTHY! Just put it on the stove, add a little salt and fry untill it has a golden/brownish crust… and enjoy that, it is absolutely amazing! Eggs… who doesn't like scrambled (or any other) eggs?? (If you don't, well… you missing out!) I eat like 3-5 fried eggs in the morning, pop them on the stove, add a little salt and BOOM, you've got yourself an amazing breakfast, add a little bread on the side (NOT WHITE BREAD) and enjoy! That's my normal breakfast. Now wasn't that easy and delicious? Lower your calory intake, if you're eating like 3000 calories a day, cut that down by 200-400 calories a week/month depending on how you like it. But… do not, I repeat DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! If you do, on the next day you will eat your normal amount of food twice or even three times! And thats no good. Just look up stuff on google, I'm pretty sure you will find some stuff.
