How bodybuilding (weight training) can rebuild and rehab your body and why it is an especially good choice for women over 40. I have been training moderately (yes, moderately!) but consistently for 6 months now and I can already see the effects of improved fitness and better metabolism. I hope that by sharing my fitness journey with you, I can help you on your own journey.

WOW! Amazing before and after!!! You are very inspiring!
Questions:
What kind of effect has the strength training had on your energy level, emotional health etc? AND How long did it take you to feel better/feel the difference?
How many days per week do you train and for how long each secession?
Did you ease yourself into it or just go full blast?😊Mrs. B
She let 'em out in this video, nice, eh what did she say? lol
What do you think of using Whey? I just lost 25lbs of muscle, and am trying to recover.
Such a short and simple video with so much info and motivation…..awesome….and I am gonna get my butt in gear!! Thanks so much!! I also have autistic twin boys and your other vids are really interesting regarding autism ……thanks a lot for sharing…..
Very lovely!
I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time now… Your looks and voice remind me so much of "Laura Prepon".
Good inpiration for body restoration. You got the glow & tone. However, it's not so helpful for cadiovascular improvement. Aerobic excercise is the thing for that.
Keep up the good work!
I deleted my comments..sorry if I offends you.
You look great tho..and I now you are so proud of yourself. xo
Have a good weekend!
Thanks for getting this out.  I used to work with free weights when I was younger and it has so many benefits.  I am a great-grandmother now and have stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and facet osteoarthritis in my back so this kind of exercise only agitates the pain that I already have with these conditions. So I am having to look at other forms of exercise. Stay cool!
