  1. There's no way I can eat 2250 calories a day. I'm 42, weigh 250, and have only been eating maybe 1100 -1500 calories a day at most, for the last several years. And I'm not miscalculating it, I always look at calorie count on everything I eat. Some days I don't eat at all. 2250 calories would make me puke, and I can't afford to buy that much food anyway.
