Weider Olympic Hammertone 210 lb Weight Set Review!

Today I’m reviewing the Weider Olympic Hammertone 210 lb Weight Set! This video might seem completely random, but I want to start off the new year by getting back into shape and I believe this weight set can really help me do that! One of the best features of this weight set is that the weights themselves have handle grips that make them much easier to handle than ordinary weights.   1. I think you just need to keep a schedule. Write down the time and days you spend working out and make it routine, premake some of your healthy meals (or rather, put them together or partially cook them so that they still taste good when you eat it) earlier in the week, and you should be fine. I think the difficulty comes in keeping a routine. Other than that, with most exercises, they loose their effects if you don't change up intensity to challenge yourself as well as it is good to keep balance by working different muscle groups. I think weight sets like that are good, but not when they are on their own, but even with it, it's good to do different kinds of workouts besides the Arm Curls we see on TV (Also don't forget legs, it's good to mix in the squats in the workouts).
