  6. Ok so tell me this im 174cm and of weight 52kg (i know underweight) so what do i eat? how much of it do i eat? and by how much do i need to know to increase what i eat as i get bigger? Seriously just answer these three questions please, i don't know why this is so hard for people to answer!
