Getting old and watching the first signs of aging appear on your face is never easy – this goes for all people. Regardless of how good or great is it that you feel deep inside, having sagging neck skin, puffy under eye bags, double chin and the like can easily make you old and weary. You can simply perform face exercises regularly and you will already be able to improve the appearance of your face in just a few weeks time. So, for those of you who are troubled by sagging neck, chubby cheeks, jowls and so on, here are some facial firming exercises that can help you rejuvenate your face.
1.) Raise your head and look straight into the ceiling. Press your tongue firmly on the roof of your mouth. You will feel the muscles and skin of your chin; neck and upper chest tighten as you do so. Maintain this position for about five to ten seconds, release and then relax for a bit. Repeat the whole process.
2.) Place your hand just under your chin and then slide it all the way down to your clavicle (collar bone). Do this repeatedly for as many times as you please. Note: you might want to lubricate your neck skin first with some lotion or oil before you begin with this routine.
3.) This is a great face exercise for the cheeks. Make a small “O” shape with your lips. Tighten it up and hold it for a few counts. Next, smile widely and stretch the muscles of your cheeks and hold it like so for a few seconds before releasing.
