  9. Why does his kettlebell swing look weak. Like he's not doing it right. Kettlebells honestly aren't my area hince why I'm looking up videos but it seems his arms are a little limp and he's not really bending his knees?

  10. Yeah, that Turkish Getup is cool… but I prefer a Brazilian Sit Down myself.
