Fat Shredding HIT Workout with Kettlebells – Kris Cochrane

Here’s a SUPER simple and equally intense Kettlebell Workout for you guys.. It is SO easy to design a High Intensity Kettlebell workout, pick some exercises, and go for BROKE! Make sure you have some rest in between sets, and record all of the workout variables (weight, reps, time, rest) so you can increase the intensity and FAT BURNING next session.

  1. Just watched one if his videos from seven months prior and you can tell he packed on a significant amount of muscle.

  2. Great videos kris, You need to do more!! If I work out three times a week using kettle bells I feel that I'm overtraining certain areas (mainly shoulders)
