  1. People are way too concerned with calories burned and not enough about getting in shape/healthier. You just want to burn calories, stick to cardio and not weighted exercise(s).

  3. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about functional kettlebell exercises try Alkarno Kettlebell Alchemist (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

  6. +BodyFit By Amy Can I do that work out as a beginner? I just usually do the regular weights at the gym but this seems much more challenging.

  7. The windmill can be reversed with the kettlebell held by the top arm, I prefer this ladies way.

  10. Can I use two types Kettlebells? I mean a heavier one for some moves and a lighter one for others that are harder? At what point I should change my kettlebell to a heavier one? I am using a 15 lbs and it's challenging for some moves like the abs ones but kind of light for some moves like the swinging ones.

  12. Okay. Made it until the push ups today. Was too out of breath to continue. Close but no cigar. Soon though, I can feel it. Does'nt seem like Amy is going that fast when you just watch but when you try to keep pace it kicks your ass!
