  1. Twice a day or? I have two kids so of course my tummy is flabby lol my goal is to at least get this tummy down by the end of October of this year; do you think it can happen? I started these exercises two days ago…I'm sure I won't get an actual 6-pack…however, I want at least my tummy to go down by the end of October
