  1. halo mam how many minutes in a day u advice to do face ex?for each part of a face how many ex we can do in a day?do we need to be regular/ once in how many months we need to change ex how many months we can do da same ex ?if we stop will it have reverse effects?how many repitions of each ex u advice /can we do for all da muscles in one stretch then it takes an hour if 50 rep eah do u advice dis plz answer for my doubts mam…thank u
