  3. thanks for the comment bro. I am extremely sorry for skipping dynamic stretch. Actually all are familiar with dynamic stretch for your joint rom. so we described some specific stretch which is a must after your strength training. mostly all are not familiar with it. we will do a session on both static and dynamic stretch.

  4. is he a certified trainer? after warm up you do not suppose to do static stretching, you should start with dynamic stretching . after the workout only you do static stretch buddy, then cool down
