  2. honestly ten minutes in I wanted to quit; my front thighs were hurting my legs were hurting … so glad i stuck and did the entire one. Loved the cool down stretch never seen it before and it was very relaxing.. also liked the last 'You did it' encouragement, felt like a child getting candy for doing something right
