  1. Thanks for the video. But don't use a microwave for your veg you are destroying anything good in there! Use a small amount of water (1/4 cup/1/2 cup or so) and steam the veggies on low/simmer until tender. And drink the water or use in the meal! :D

  4. im 6'00" and used to weigh at 270lbs. now i weigh around 210lbs and ive been trying my best to lose more weight. i lift weights 3-4x a week, do the Insanity workout and Hip Hop Abs programs 6x a week and jog for 2-3 miles 6x a week. I eat at least 1200-1500 calories with alot of protein and alot of fiber and i dont know what ive been doing wrong. its been a year now since of my weight lost journey and i never gave up or quit. im trying to get at least 180lbs and i need tips really bad. Please help
