Hi coach, I'm 16 years old and I want to loose some body fat and get in better shape in general. I was advised to take up cross training and I know teens should get an hour of physical activity daily. Which at home fitness routine would you suggest for me?

Is it ok to mix these routines in with the Foundation Beginner Workout Program ? or is it best just to stick to the Foundation beginner workout as there is alot of variety there already. I have been doing it for 2 weeks now but i done the 30 min strength due on the workout plan earlier today. All i can say is. Sore lol. But such an immense workout i am really feeling it.
