  2. My standing vertical currently is 46" on my final progression. I've been able to max at 47" for my standing vertical when my legs are still fresh. I'm still about 3-4 inches short from dunking and I'm 6'0. I'm doing these box jumps 3 days a week and I'm hoping I can improve on my vert. These videos are very helpful!
