Here’s an easy to follow demonstration on how to work on your shoulder and arm with reformer machine.

Hi I’m Clancy from Inner Strength Pilates and Barre, and this is Elisa, we will going to demonstrate our reformer exercise, we love adding you into our classes, just strengthen your shoulders and your arms.

So this is called tiara we bring our arms up just over our head, and we want to make a little shape of a triangle just like a tiara, we do a big breathe-in, on that exhale extending the arms in a diagonal line just above the forehead and inhale coming back.

You want to think of pulling your shoulder blades down in opposite position, and inhale back, exhale activate your core, ribs, tummy, lift the pelvic core, inhale back, exhale extend, and inhale back, exhale extend, and inhale back.
