  1. I was 100lbs when i graduated high school at 5'6". I started benching at 55lbs. I continued and my last max was 285lbs :D

  3. I really dream to be a pro bodybuilder/powerlifter trained for ages although made heaps of results, I wasn't happy
    got tested at about 503ng/dl, that was after doing everything I can do improve test naturally (even though it barely helps)

  4. This, like all bro science, depends. But going to failure killed my gains and I had a lot of success doing a full body 3 days a week and doing a 5×5 on all my exercises. I found myself getting stronger faster and never being sore after the first week. Then again, I'm some 6'4" dude that doesn't lose muscle quickly.

  10. For improving your lifts linearly, you should also try microloading instead of say 5 pounds, if your gym doesn't have 1.25 pound plates or whatever, you can buy your own for a couple of dollars and bring them. It really does work.

  11. Fitness also refers to mental fitness, this is why humans have become so successful and traits for intelligence are also desireable and are looked for in mates and hence passed on. It's not always pure strength (something which is also desireable)
