I waited about two weeks of doing this before coming up with a verdict. I've honestly seen a huge difference. I'm not overweight anymore but I've still struggled with my relationship with food. Hi Michael, i found your videos when a friend of mine told me that i have to clear my head, remove the negativity and stay positive, and he advise me to do some meditation to myself. and it is true that once you are depressed you tend to gain weight because we divert our mind by eating alot. while searching on youtube i came across with your videos, i listened to one or 2 videos and really…it made a lot of difference in me specially when i am having a hard time to sleep because of so many things running in my head, the fears, anxiety etc. listening to your videos make me feel more light, and stress free… and thanks to you coz some of my colleagues noticed that despite of eating i am loosing some pounds without even depriving myself in eating the foods that i want!!!!! thanks you so much for sharing your videos and keep uploading positive affirmation in order to achieve our goals.

Hey, after playing this last night, I fell asleep after 30mins of listening, I have a lot of trouble with sleeping due to an active mind at night, and this hypnosis calmed me right down…. I just began university and have been worried as to how I was going to cope with my poor sleeping habits and health issues, always up and snacking on crap… Self hypnosis does work because I've done this in the past and had the same awesome results but fell out of habit with it when I replaced meditation with talking to the guy I liked for almost two years (that was hypnosis in itself), he took up a lot of my evenings. Anyway I'm back for good, I love these guided hypnosis and it's necessary for me. Thank you very much for your wonderful work on this Audio ! ☺️

I fell assleep through most of this but I ate when i woke up and had very little. My stomach was growling but after a few bites I got bored with eating. The food and juice I drank, tasted dull. like almost impossible to taste.

Wow !!i listened to this last night! I don't even know what is said because I fell asleep lol but I've been trying to eat healthy lately and get from a uk size 10 to an 8 again but I've suffered with bulemia over the years and tend to still have a Binge from time to time ! I got the urge to have a binge just there and stopped myself!! For the first time ever and made myself a fruit smoothie instead !! I am actually in disbelief!! Something inside me just said no!! Your not doing that!! Thank you Michael!! This is life changing for me!! You are amazing!!
