  1. soy entrenador de acondicionamiento fisico y fisioterapeuta ,este deporte no es recomenado si bien las lesiones no apareceran en muchas personas a corto plazo ,a largo plazo el 95% de las personas que lo practican tendra complicaciones severas en sus ligamentos , asi que no es recomendable cuanto utilizas pesos no contolados y movimientos negativos pueden ser fatales ,los beneficios ninguno que los gimnasios y otros deportes no puedan darte.

  8. right. Saw the "pullup shit lolololoool thisis not even good form" comments everywhere. I get it. lost of people thinks this is BS becausehe is just "swinging around". BUt now, can someone explains me WHY this is good pullups ? Like, how does swinging trains the muscle differently, and what kinds of results can you expect from those kinds of pull ups compared to the "strict military no momentum" pullups ?
