  1. Good video kinda promotes everything on body building.com but the major ones that I use / learned through this is green tea,creatine, whey, leucine for appetite control that's the biggest thing. Lift heavy 3-6 times a week 45-60 min drink water and let your body recover. Good luck just stay on track and it only takes 5 weeks to get a great baseline
