  11. Started doing this workout in June and I had to take many breaks and now I can do the whole thing non-stop!

  12. By the way,If you do this workout combined with other workouts,Take a 10 minute break in between,Because I've made the mistake of doing this one and another one and legit i was in so much pain the next day XD.
