When I starteda few weeks ago I had trouble with the exercises, especially the repeatings. Now I can do most of them nearly effortlessly!! Such a great work out, thank you
i have never been able to do side planks, it always hurts my elbow, can someone help?

Best workout in popsugar!!! Short and so so effective. Heather is so gentle that she gives a feeling like we're flying through it when actually she's killing us…..in a very good good way. I wish she will come back to treat us with some more of her expertise. Loved it❤️❤️

Started doing this workout in June and I had to take many breaks and now I can do the whole thing non-stop!
By the way,If you do this workout combined with other workouts,Take a 10 minute break in between,Because I've made the mistake of doing this one and another one and legit i was in so much pain the next day XD.
