Ok so it's been Day 4 of my flat stomach routine 🙂 I actually have been doing the "9 exercises for a flat stomach" one for 4 days and now I'm going to be adding this one on my list 🙂 I do the 9 exercise workout everyday 1-3 sets each day but I'll be adding this one just about 1-3 times every week 🙂 I don't want to overdo myself 🙂 I'll be updating whenever i can on this video but I update every single day on the other video !!
