    Thank you for your video. A few years ago I made a huge change in my life. From that change I lost 50lb. But a lil over a year ago I broke my leg and was down for 9 months. Not fun especially since I am a massage therapist and had way to many jobs. I am grateful that I didn't pack on the weight to much, only about 10/15 lb. I know I need to get back on my weight loss role otherwise my roles will be gaining. Anyways thank you for helping me get me back on track. Lol. Also, one question. Do you freeze your food after you cook?
