FACTS: This meal is high in protein, complex carbohydrates, anti-oxidants, and Omega-fatty acids!

Organic Eggs with Spelt Toast, Berry Fruit Salad, Sliced Avocado

3 Organic Eggs (2 whites, 1 whole)
1 Slice Organic Spelt Bread
Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Pomegranate Berries (all organic)
1/2 Organic Avocado (sliced)
1/2 Cup Chopped Organic Onion

FATS: Teaspoon Organic Ghee (clarified butter)
SPICES: Organic Garlic Cloves, Crushed Red & Black Peppercorns, Himalayan Sea-Salt

1.) You can add any type of vegetable or green (spinach, kale, etc.) to your eggs or on the side of this dish!

2.) When whisking eggs, add a slight pour of milk (any) for fluffier eggs!

Is it optional to include the yellow of egg instead of just white? And, oh, I suggest you use a large mixing bowl so that you could whisk the egg in thoroughly. ☺ ☺I love this video.

This is both very expensive and not very weight-loss friendly. Organic or not, you have to avoid bread especially white bread and you don't want to use ghee because One tablespoon (15g) of ghee has approximately 135 calories.That is like 10 minutes on the treadmill!! just DONT cook with oil or butter at all. There are so many options available!!

I love your and carlis channels and videos but i keep seeing here healthy meals options and its always for weight loss, and personaly i and 158cm and 48 kg, loosing weight is not an option, i would line some metal options non to loose weight but to keep weight. i was wondering if you could do breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks for during the day for someone Like me 😀 i love your vídeos you know só much about this!!

wow bruhh big fail i think that was a little to much garlic and in the eggs you dont put the spices while mixing them you put them while their cooking on tha pan i shure wouldnt eat those eggs and you should wash all your fruit before eating it?
