    Diets are not good for your body!! if you like to eat you must burn all those calories by doing some outdoor work or doing some exercise at least 10 minutes.

    I recommend adding to it at least half a spoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother).

    I have done it and it does work, I also add sometimes for the morning juice green apple, pineapple, celery, and spinach also a piece of aloe, it sounds bad but it dont taste like nothing then you add chia seeds which have more than 30 benefits for your body and plus lots of water and 30 minutes of exercise a day I lost wight and felt much better energy wise. I also added cactus sometime...loved it....so why did I swith to Herbalife?...dont know cause of being lazy and now I over spend becasue Herbalife is expensive and the natural home made juices are not and are as efective as herbalife....shame on me right,,,,i will go back to my natural home made juices.

    What about breastfeeding mom can she drink this up.?it won't affect the milk supply or the way it taste or may be harm the baby in a way ? thx for answering 😊
